Have you changed your mind and would like to return the product you purchased?
we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a product.
if before the product is shipped, you can contact us to cancel it, or you can cancel it yourself from your bannon account. we will complete the refund in addition to the applicable shipping fee to the same card from which you made the payment, and it will appear in your bank account within 7-14 business days. or we can refund the amount as banoon credit for future purchases on our website.
suppose you want to return the product after receiving it. in that case, you have 15 days to return it, bearing in mind the following terms and conditions:
returns comply with bannon's return policy.
in clothing & fashion orders, the original tags and seals are present along with the original packaging.
the items are in their original retail packaging (sealed/closed boxes).
we aim to refund you the value of the returned product(s) after deducting the delivery cost (if applicable) according to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned products. the amount can also be added as a credit to you in banoon within 24 hours. if you request a return within the time period listed above, but for some reason, you cannot return it to us, please contact our customer service at 0502886889 - any refund will be at our discretion.
After that?
We do not accept returns of unwanted products after the above relevant return period has been exceeded. if you attempt to return it, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
original condition
hygiene and the safety of our customers are paramount, so some products cannot be returned or refunded, including:
underwear.
swimwear.
headwear and accessories.
toys.
books.
cards, and party products.
gift cards.
of course, it's ok to try on an item as you would in a store, but please don't wear it. if a product is returned to us damaged, worn, scented, or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to refund you. we may have to return it to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). all products are inspected upon return.
Are you returning an incorrect or defective product?
We are sorry if you received an incorrect or defective product!
in the unusual circumstance where the item received is an incorrect or defective product, you may return it in the same condition you received it with the original packaging and in its proper packaging. once we receive the product, we will inspect it. if the product is defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
please remember that all items are inspected upon return. you may not give a full refund for items damaged due to misuse. please note that we cannot send replacements for defective products.
Do you want to exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges on orders. please return the unwanted item and place a new order if you want a different size or color.
Did you use your credit card to complete the purchase, and do you want a refund for the amount you paid?
Suppose you cancel the order or cancel before shipping. in that case, we will automatically refund the amount back to your credit card/debit card, which will reflect in your card within 7-14 business days.
if you cancel the order, shipped but not delivered, you will receive a full refund as banoon store credits within 24 hours. upon request, we can arrange to transfer back to your credit/debit card. depending upon the issuing bank, the amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your card statement.
for delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our team's banoon return policy and post-inspection, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) as your banoon store credits within 24 hours. upon request, we can arrange to transfer back to your credit/debit card. depending upon the issuing bank, the amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your card statement.
Have you ordered products from banoon and chose to pay cash on delivery, and would you like to make a return?
If you choose to pay by cash/card upon receipt, the amount will be transferred as your bannon credit. you can order new products through the banoon website.
Responsibility
You are responsible for the items until they reach us, so make sure you place them correctly so they cannot be damaged on the way to us!
since the package remains your responsibility until it reaches us again, make sure you get the shipping receipt if you need to contact us about the return. we are not responsible for any products returned to us in error (it happens!). if we can locate the consequences (not always possible) and you wish to return them to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
